Cancellation policy

We are human beings and sometimes we get tired, sick or we have a busy and bad day at work  or we just need some holidays and as a result, we are not able to attend our lessons. Or sometimes the teacher or the student can have internet connection trouble!

There is no fee for cancelling a lesson providing that it does not happen on a regular basis and notice of at least 48 hours is given for the cancellation.

A lesson is not cancelled on a regular basis if for example only 1 out of 10 lessons is cancelled.
